Welcome to our newly constructed in 2023 Point Beach Cottage, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! This thoughtfully designed home located in the serene Point Beach neighborhood of Egg Harbor is a perfect spot to take in the breathtaking beauty of Door County.

This spacious and inviting home is the perfect retreat for families, boasting 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests, best suited for 6 adults and 2 children. Inside, our home is equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Stay connected with Spectrum internet, and indulge in a wide selection of books and board games for some family fun. Central air and heating ensure a pleasant temperature year-round, while the fully equipped kitchen and propane grill provide everything you need to prepare delicious meals at your leisure. Unwind and create lasting memories around the firepit, complete with comfortable Adirondack chairs, for storytelling or roasting marshmallows under the starry sky. The back patio runs the length of the home, partially covered, providing a serene spot for relaxation and outdoor dining.

Situated on a wooded half-acre lot, our home offers a relaxing, private setting. Just a few blocks from dead end on Green Bay, you'll have easy access to the water and can enjoy peaceful strolls along the shoreline. All this with the convenience of being just 2 miles from downtown Egg Harbor, where you'll find an abundance of entertainment options, including the Egg Harbor Fun Park, golf courses, and a wide array of restaurants to satisfy every palate. Explore the natural wonders of Peninsula State Park, home to the newly constructed Eagle Tower, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding area. We love our family pet dogs and welcome yours too. Your well-behaved dogs are allowed with prior approval. This property allows up to 2 dogs. There is a fee of $50 per dog/per night, which is collected separately and approximately one week prior to your check-in date.

**This home is located in a quiet community and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions or other rowdy gatherings.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and toaster.

A traditional drip coffee maker and Keurig are provided.
Also available are pots, pans, grill utensils, baking sheets, dishes, utensils, glassware, kitchen towels and pot holders.

Bathroom 1 (main level): Full bathroom with walk-in shower only

Bathroom 2 (main level): Full bathroom with shower/tub combination and hair dryer

Supports Electric Vehicle charging with a 50 AMP outlet, which will support a Level 2 charger. Guests should bring their own charger.

Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:
-Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)
-A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.
-PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).
