Private Cabin by the Creek- Hot tub

Located 20 minutes West of Leduc and 3 minutes East of Thorsby. Small cabin is extremely private and sits right on the creek. Perfect to escape the business of the life for a while and recharge. Comes with full kitchen and all appliances. The cabin can be set up with 6 twin beds, or the beds can be converted to 3 king sized beds. The couch in the living room can be converted to a bed and for overflow there are a couple air mattresses that can be set up. NOTE* we have outside dogs on this property that visit the cabin. If you are not a dog person this cabin may not be a good fit for you

Great getaway location

Great little away close to the city
Our family thoroughly enjoyed the sauna and hot tub but it was the furry friends Gryff and Raven (2 resident dogs) that made this a getaway we will always remember. Thank you and we look forward to visiting again!

Quiet location, with a well stocked kitchen. Enjoyed both the hot tub and sauna. Also enjoyed the dog company on our snowshoe along the creek.

Beautiful place all around
Would have loved to of had a fireplace, even an electric one would have made it even cosier. Really nice spot, fell in love with the dogs, hope to visit again in the summer.

Cozy Cabin
My girlfriends and I needed a little getaway and this cabin was the perfect place, close to town, beautiful cabin and location, lots to do with hot tub and fire pit! We loved visits from the pups next door and just overall had a wonderful time.

I booked this cabin for a 3-day getaway from the city and it was absolutely perfect! The cabin is so welcoming and homey, has all the essentials you need, and the private hot tub and sauna are a wonderful bonus. Would definitely book again!

Great place to unwind and shed the city life. Very quiet and we loved when the dogs came to visit us. The cabin size was perfect and we enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. We came back rested and refreshed - mission accomplished. We will be back!

Annual girls getaway !

Great time, not too far from Pigeon lake.
Nice place to switch off for a few days. We take time to do some fishing and on Pigeon lake. Fishing is just incredible. We bring the kids riding on the tube for one afternoon. Come back to the cabin for souper, and relaxed for the rest of the day with the girls in the hot tube, camp fire, and that at only 40 to 45 minutes from Edmonton. Just a beautiful place at a great location.

Just the quiet escape we needed
My sister and I booked the cabin for a “sister trip”. We were both in need of a recharge. Waking up to the birds in the morning was wonderful. We also were treated to a doggy welcome wagon. The doggies were just as excited as we were. The cabin offers peace, quiet and a welcome escape from the chaos of city like. We’re thinking about booking some time in the fall as well

VOWP 2023 weekend
Very cute cabin -well appointed. Beds super comfy. 2dogs were super friendly and officially welcomed us! A bit disappointed that there were no accessible walking paths through the woods or along the creek. Write up could have provided a few more details of what to expect and what was provided but host was very responsive to our questions and always replied quickly to our inquiries. Very secluded and peaceful-was a great retreat to allow our group of friends to recharge and be creative.

20th Wedding Anniversary
The cabin was very nice and secluded. It had everything we needed cook and relax. Hot tub was awesome, two seats had really good massage jets. Fire pit was really nice and the wood provided was well seasoned. Dog we're super friendly but not overbearing. Very well mannered farm dogs! Cabin is 5 minutes from Thorsby where there is an excellent meat shop and family restaurant. The restaurant has a large menu and the food was great. Liquor store is across the street from the restaurant. Emily was very responsive and helpful when contacted. No complaints of any kind. Our stay was wonderful.

Perfection!
My friend and I stayed here as a half way between where each of us lives and had a girls weekend. What an incredible little slice of heaven. The space was clean and so beautiful, the cabin felt so homey and was just a perfect place to hide away from the hustle and bustle of life. We utilized the hot tub and sauna during the stay and it was so wonderful! The first night we got there we couldn't get the sauna to turn on so the next morning we sent Emily a message and the sauna was quickly fixed. This location has so many amenities and extras and really makes staying here easy and so relaxing. We would love to return in the future and hoping to make it an annual location for our girls weekend. Emily is very quick to message back and was just the most wonderful host. We also had the dogs come and visit and they are just the sweetest pups and they made the visit even better! Thanks so much!

Peaceful and Quiet
We were in the area to attend a wedding. Not only was this cabin close to the venue (Glen Park Hall) but it was the perfect place for us to relax in between wedding events. The beds were comfortable, the cabin was spotless, and the dogs were friendly! If we're ever in the area again, we will book here again.

Amazing wilderness retreat
My husband and I spent a weekend at the cabin and wished we had a few more nights. We used the sauna everyday and had hot tub dips every night while looking at the stars. We loved the seclusion of the cozy cabin and would love to return in the future!

Exceeded all our expectations. Well stocked. The dogs are a treat. We did not want to leave. Beautifully decorated. The hot tub view at night was awesome. An absolute five star property!
