New 65" TV installed in 2023. New HVAC in 2024. Stacked washer and Dryer. Deck with seating for enjoying the deer and other wildlife. Easy keyless entry.

Wonderful time
The little studio getaway was perfect for me and my daughter. We rented bikes, rode around town Road to the beach, took walks and enjoyed some local restaurants. The accommodations were perfect for us and we really enjoyed the place we will come back.
