Property manager was unaccommodating. We did not receive a check in email as we did by at least 6 other properties while traveling for many weeks prior. The manager insisted we did receive instructions and it turned out it was a 9 month old email received when we booked last year. We were unable to get discounted parking because we did ot respond last year. We also needed an additional blanket and manager wanted an explanation why. We ended up buying one on our own. Property itself was as promised and as pictures indicated. It was serviceable and provided enough space for a family. Kitchen was also as promised. Would choose another property next time only due to poor service.

Had a lovely stay at this Quartermile apartment - spotless, spacious and tastefully decorated, it has a warm and inviting atmosphere. Good central location for exploring the city on foot, close to fantastic restaurants and shops with great public transport links, yet the apartment itself is quiet and peaceful, allowing for restful nights. Our fifth time staying with this host and they are always incredibly hospitable and responsive, going above and beyond with attention to detail to ensure our stay is enjoyable. This is ultimately a top-notch place to stay; convenient, stylish, and comfortable - I couldn’t recommend it more!

Highly recommend. Clean, safe, quiet, spacious. Grocery and cafe are just steps away. Easy walk to everything in the city center: castle, National Museum, shops, dining. We were far more comfortable here (in a proper apartment with full kitchen, laundry) than in a hotel.

Fabulous property, great location with parking. High end property with floor to ceiling windows so it does get hot - just close the blinds. Within walking distance of all Edinburgh has to offer; Sainsbury local and a nice cafe a few mins walk. Highly recommend and will be my go to when in Edinburgh. Thanks to Marc for help with orientation and getting me settled.

Lovely apartment with all the mod cons even a pod coffee machine. Some stunning stunning views and most importantly a very comfy bed! In a very nice quiet area with cafes and restaurants on the door step and then the lovely Meadows on the other side When I thought I’d lost my AirPods communication was very swift and Marc was in touch with the cleaning crew immediately!

Perfect apartment in a perfect location
The apartment had everything you'd need, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, comfortable beds, and comfortable living space. The best part is the location: close enough to the Royal Mile without it being soooo close that it's too busy/noisy. We weren't too far from getting to Arthur's seat either and there's a park directly behind the apartment that we were able to get in our morning run or walk. The team was attentive & kept communications line open to answer any questions and did it in a very timely manner. I'd choose this apartment to stay at again if I were to come back to Edinburgh for a visit in the future.
