Great location. Comfortable bed. Well stocked fridge and snacks in room. Use of kitchen facilities very handy. Need earplugs as there is sporadic street noise at night. Ideal location for nice cafes and tram into the city.

Cant fault it. Stayed here for New Years. Met a great guy called Craig who checked us all in and had great conversation and hints and tips. The room was warm and clean. Would definitely stay again.

Really friendly and helpful, lots of advice about local places, and transport. It felt very safe. Good help yourself breakfast items, and nice selection in the room. Located very near the tram stop to the centre and the airport which was useful
