Located a few hundred yards from the bustling High Street, you couldn’t be better placed to enjoy everything this seaside town has to offer. You’ll be spoilt for choice with an abundance of independent shops, restaurants, cafes and boutiques, award-winning butchers, and bakers - you’ll have everything you need at your fingertips, including the railway station providing an hourly service, 25 minutes to the centre of Edinburgh.

The property offers 3 bedrooms, a family bathroom featuring a jet bath, separate walk-in shower room, and powder room. It also has a separate dining room (seating up to 8 guests), living room, beautiful kitchen with all brand new appliances and quartz worktops. There is also a roomy conservatory leading out to the private backyard, where there is parking for 2 cars. Most rooms benefit from period details and high ceilings typical in houses from the Victorian period, thus contributing to the accommodation being spacious, light, tastefully furnished, and very comfortable. A meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown the property. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager.

To make a booking you can book directly through this site. All you need to do is select your dates and the number of guests. The price will be calculated for you. You are required to pay a 20% deposit payment with a minimum payment of £150.00 or higher which secures the property, this payment is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. Then, 42 days prior to your arrival date the remaining balance will be payable.

Bookings made at this property require a £300 damage deposit, which will be due 7 days before check-in. Providing there are no deductions to be made from this, the payment will be refunded to your card 5-7 working days after departure.

Sweet accommodations in North Berwick
Our family of six (2 parents, 2 students, 2 grandparents) stayed here for a week in late May on our recent trip to Scotland. It was a most delightful and convenient place for our needs. Super cute home with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped, and steps away from a convenience store. Especially loved the living room w/ fireplace for cozy evenings (we didn't turn on the house heat) and the attached sunroom was amazing for sitting and relaxing. Washer provided, but no dryer. However, clothes line was nestled in a beautiful flowered garden in the back. Had a minor issue with a shower drain which the host quickly resolved. We didn't need the car space, but there is space to park two cars if needed. Shopping & restaurants up and down the street is very convenient, as well as the beach. Train station is 10 min walk. Enchanting place! Would highly recommend.
