Welcome to Leith, one of the ‘coolest neighbourhoods in the world’, according to Time Out Magazine, and just over 2 miles northeast of the city centre! Explore Leith’s waterfront seafood bistros and traditional pubs in the shore area and stroll along the famous Leith Walk, one of the city's longest streets with plenty of shops and cafes.
The area is a shopping fan’s dream location, with a wealth of retail outlets. There is a large Tesco Supermarket, a 10-minute walk away. In the Kirkgate Centre in Leith, there are a number of shops including Lidl’s, Farm Foods, Boots and Superdrug. Towards Newhaven, there is a large shopping centre, Ocean Terminal located at Britannia Quay, home to the award-winning Royal Yacht Britannia and a variety of high street stores, a Marks & Spencer food hall, as well as family restaurants, a 24-hour gym, and a multiplex cinema.
Leith has its own weekend food market located at the Shore, where you can sample local produce right next to the Water of Leith. Amidst the bustle of Leith are various tranquil green spaces, such as Leith Links and Claremont Park, 5 minutes away, a pleasant walk through the Links will take you to the end of Leith Walk where there are numerous buses to the City Centre

Strictly no smoking, no parties, no kids, no pets
Dispose of rubbish appropriately.
Keep the property clean and tidy.
Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check-out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbours in the building.
Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving.
Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
