Standard appartment did everything promised. Good location for Castle and other attractions and 5 mins walk to Tesco and Lidl. Overall very good Hotel.

Stayed in these apartments many times,but it is the first time we have stayed in the second block.We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment with was very roomy.The apartments are spotlessly clean and comfortable.Shower a bit iffy but did manage to use it .Would definitely stay here again,great location.

Nice apartment but expensive parking
Nice clean roomy apartment within walkable distance of the city centre. Only complaint is the parking is very expensive and they would only accept payment for it in cash (said that the card machine wasn't working, but managed to take the £100 deposit no problem).

Just what we needed!
Having a small apartment for our three day stay in Edinburgh was perfect for our needs. We were here on days 7-10 of our Scotland trip. It was convenient to have a well supplied kitchen, which included a washing machine, and be able to kick back and relax after a day of sightseeing in the living room. It was a short walk to the nearby Tesco store, the Royal Mile, and many other interesting attractions. The staff was gracious and great about answering our questions. I would recommend this place to others and would stay there again!

April city break
The apartment and the block are clean and well-maintained. The location is very good - not too far from the city and near the beautiful botanic gardens. Quiet despite being on quite a busy road. The apartment was far too warm for us even though it was not a warm April. The heating is by storage radiators so cannot be quickly regulated. A £100 security deposit was taken on arrival but it never hit my card statement.

Another excellent stay, shame the weather wasn't on par! All the creature comforts of home albeit that the apartments could do with some modernisation. If there's one thing to be careful of, the bathroom taps are not mixer taps and the hot water can be scalding if not careful, perhaps a labelled warning would at least keep people aware.

ideal for a reasonably central Edinburgh stay
Our stay was only one night, but for our purposes of meeting friends and family for a rugby afternoon and a night out, it was excellent. The reception and corridors were ok although maybe a slight spruce up would look more inviting, but the staff were very friendly and the apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious and was very comfortable. The decent sized lounge, dining area, kitchen/fridge etc were ideal. The kitchen essentials were there for making breakfast too ... kettle, toaster, micro, crockery, pans etc ... maybe some salt and pepper sachets with the tea, coffee, mini milk capsules would be a little bonus? ... but that is probably being way too picky. Overall we thought it was great! It certainly exceeded our expectations for a one night stay and we would definitely use again even for a longer stay. My only moan is that the parking is expensive at £18 per car per night, but I guess it's probably the going rate in Edinburgh? We had two cars so that was slightly painful, but to be fair it was clearly stated when we booked. Maybe a discount for longer stays is available?

The Worst Shower in Scotland
Arrived in Edinburgh for a ‘cheeky’ weekend away... and was delayed by the train. So... Had to follow and antiquated game to try and find the keys to the room, as no reception after 8pm. With post it notes & smoke signals... as well as a call to an OOH team member who’s first language was not English... We managed to get to our room. Room = Basic Bathroom = Dated Shower = Worst in the world. Shop around and find something better :-(
