Lovely private apartment, very quiet so I got a great couple of nights' sleep. The bath hadn't been cleaned particularly well but, once I'd sorted that, there was loads of hot water.

Pro: Excellent location, within fifteen minute from AirLink 100 if you are flying (make sure you walk against the Hill don’t climb up). Place is very clean and spacious, with well equipped utensils even baking paper (making it very easy if you want to buy some ready to cook food from M&S. Reception desk is nice, they even printed couple pages for me free of charge (thank you again for helping out). Con: They charge GBP10/each hour for extended check out, even after you request in advance for just one hour from 1030am...

Great Base for Exploring Edinburgh
Ideal location for exploring central Edinburgh, apartment, two-bedroom is very spacious, well maintained. Located directly opposite the National Portrait Gallery, two minute walk from the St Andrews Square tram stop and Harvey Nichols! Five minute walk from the Playhouse, George Street and, when it opens next year, the new St James Shopping Mall.

A good port in the storm...
Charming, spacious, and very clean. Our last minute booking was the result of a last minute cancellation of our flight to board our cruise in Southampton and our need to board the ship in Edinburgh. This property was a welcome respite from the events of the previous two days. The service from the reception desk was especially good, most helpful on navigating Edinburgh. We are happy to recommend a longer stay here.

Hotelli sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalla keskustassa. Huoneistot ovat suuria ja niistä on hienot maisemat. Suurin ongelma oli se, että ebookers lupasi siivouksen kuuluvan hintaan. Ei kuulunut. Huoneistot siivotaan vain joka neljäs päivä, eli meidän oleskelumme aikana ei kertaakaan. Lakanat olivat likaiset, täynnä hirveitä tahroja. Lattiat olivat pölyiset, makuuhuoneessa oli TOUKKA, olohuoneen pöydät olivat rasvaiset ja jouduimme itse pyyhkimään ne (ja vaihtamaan itse ällöttävän, sisäpinnalta tahraisen pussilakanan). Television kaukosäädin oli kadonnut ja saimme uuden vasta parin päivän päästä. Koska huoneita ei siivottu, roskikset täyttyivät pikavauhtia ääriään myöten. Koko huoneistoa varten oli vain yksi ylimääräinen roskapussi, johon ei mitenkään mahtunut viiden yön roskat.Emme myöskään saaneet meille jo sähköpostissa luvattua huoneistoa, vaan jouduimme ensimmäiseksi yöksi sellaiseen, jossa oli avokeittiö ja jossa haisi todella pahasti currylle. Joka huoneessa. Tämä hotelli on ollut ennen todella hieno ja todella siisti. Nyt se oli todella suuri pettymys. Älkää mainostako sivuillanne "siivouksen sisältyvän hintaan", kun se ei kerran sisälly!
