You'd have sole access to my fully equipped home (2nd floor): large bedroom (super-king OR 2 large single beds), living/dining room, bathroom, and kitchen.
There is free easy parking on the street.

My flat makes for a luxurious and unique home-from-home experience. It is an ideal base for getting out into the city or the thriving local residential area, for staying in and relaxing, or recovering from your excursions!

10. Fully equipped kitchen provides all the basics for full-on cooking or just having a cup of good tea/coffee.

12. Flexibility possible: Up to 2 additional overnight guests can stay (on deluxe inflatable mattresses in the living room). £50 per person per night.
Also, late exit is possible. £40 extends your stay until 2pm. Useful if you're leaving late or need to get some work done before you travel...

14. Home cinema available. I do not have a TV. There is a projector and screen with HDMI cable. You need to bring your laptop to attach it to.

Location Description:
The apartment is situated 100 meters from Portobello promenade and beach. There are a good range of restaurants, bars and coffee shops within walking distance. The neighbourhood of 'Porty' is a favourite of Edinburgh locals of all ages. If you want to get out of the neighbourhood, or get more active, I have created a guide of tried and tested personal favourites of the surrounding areas, sights and culture attractions.
