The place is great: clean, modern, spacious, nicely equipped (even with a small safe - like in a hotel!). Very easy to get to with a tram stop nearby. There is a storage room if you get there too early or need to leave hours before your next destination. However, there are couple things to know: - Unit 5 is on the second (European or third by US standards) floor without elevator (the stairs are very wide though) - There is not any coffee maker (like Nespresso or whatever with capsules) - There are no hooks close to the entrance to hang a wet or your winter coats - There are less than enough hooks in the bathroom close to the shower - There is not a single outlet in the bathroom for a hairdryer - The bathroom is very humid after a shower.

This place was perfect for our week stay in Edinburgh. It was close to all the excitement without hearing all the excitement. Gave us enough room to spread out after a long day of exploring. Very happy with our stay!

The apartment was clean and comfortable and located very close to the West End tram stop with several grocery stores within walking distance. The West End is an easy walk from many of the main attractions. It would be nice if the apartment had a few staples like olive oil, vinegar, and salt and pepper, etc. and something other than coffee sticks and a tiny stovetop espresso maker.

Huge apartment, great place to stay!
This flat was great, super clean and absolutely huge. The living room kitchen area is really big, as is the bedroom, the bathroom is good with a really great shower. Everything was super clean, plus they have a very clear recycling system which is great to see. The key code system for entry was super easy and clear, and the luggage room was really helpful and easy to access. Loved our stay!

Just perfect.
Fabulous 2 night stay in a 2 bed apt. There were 3 of us and it was just perfect. Loads of space and comfy beds to sleep in. We had a wee bit of difficulty finding it to start with and 2 flights of stairs (no lift) won’t suit everyone but it was fine for us. Excellent location - just off Shandwick Place and perfectly located for Murrayfield. 50% parking reduction at the NCP at Castle Terrace was the icing on the cake. Pricey but worth it I’d say. One small point - no microwave oven which might put some people off. Overall, wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Loved it.

I don't even know where to begin. We were just so surprised on how beautiful the property was. It was very spacious and the furnishing is elegant. The customer service was amazing and very understanding - they have allowed us to have an early check-in as we arrived in Edinburgh earlier than expected, and they have also kindly allowed a late checkout. In the apartment, they have very clear instructions on how to operate everything around the house - the heating, washing machine dryer, dishwasher, the induction hob and the oven microwave. There was only very minor issues - the small saucepan was not recognized by the induction hob, and the knives were dull. But otherwise, it has all been great. The couch and bed were very comfortable. The closet space is huge. They also have a safe where you can store your important belongings. It is very near the tram and bus stops, which is very convenient. There were small groceries nearby. The walk to the old town is not too bad at all - around 15 minutes to Edinburgh castle. Hopefully they would allow pets soon, as they currently don't allow it. By far, we would definitely recommend! And we will not hesitate to book with them again. Thank you so much!
