The cottage has two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, an open plan living room with a wood burning stove, dining table to seat 6 and kitchen with all modern appliances. Two bathrooms, one with a roll top bath and separate shower and one ensuite shower room. Extensive, mature gardens with patio and seating perfect for alfresco dining or star gazing . Sleeps up to 6 guests and well behaved pets allowed. Essentials such as linen, towels & Wi-Fi are provided.
LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
There is a comfortable corner sofa, a coffee table, two chairs, cosy log burner and a flat screen TV with Smart TV living room. There is also a 6 seater dining table that looks out onto the garden in the open plan space. The modern farmhouse kitchen has a sink, integrated appliances including induction hob, double oven and microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, a kettle, a toaster as well as a french press. Utensils, crockery and cooking basics are provided as well as tea and coffee. Washing machine is also integrated within the kitchen.
BEDROOM, DINING & BATHROOM
The cottage has 3 well designed bedrooms. The spacious master room has a comfortable double bed with hotel quality linen, seating area in the bay window, desk and ensuite shower room. The second double bedroom has a comfortable bed with hotel quality linen, designated work space and mirrored wardrobe and views onto the garden. Twin bedroom has two single beds with hotel quality linen, vanity desk, chair and views onto the garden.
The dining area can seat up to 6 guests and is in the heart of the cottage.
There is a family bathroom with a roll top bath and separate walk in shower, toilet, sink and underfloor heating. The ensuite shower room has a shower, toilet, vanity and sink unit. Local environmentally friendly premium Laura Thomas shampoo, body wash and hand wash are provided for guests as well as towels and hairdryers.

JOIVY Scotland wants you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Keep the property clean and tidy
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.

Guests will have full unrestricted access to the property including free Wi-Fi. Extensive mature garden and private parking on the driveway for up to 3 cars.

Walkers and hikers are well catered for with the famous John Muir Way and the splendid North Berwick Law to climb. Other attractions close at hand are Myrton Motor Museum, East Links Family Park, Go Karting, Foxlake adventures and the Musselburgh Races.
There are bus stops on the main road (B1347) close to the turning for Gilmerton House. The No.121 bus is operated by EVE Coaches and runs between Haddington and North Berwick approximately every 2 hours.
The X7 bus is operated by East Coast Buses and runs between Dunbar and Edinburgh city centre via Haddington Mon-Fri every 30 mins. Sat/Sun every hour.

A maximum of 2 well behaved small - medium dogs are welcome, but must be kept under control, especially if there are livestock or game birds in the area, must never be allowed to climb on beds or furniture and never left unattended in the building. Please clean up dog hairs inside and any mess outside the building (the next visitors may have small children).
