Jacob helped me find the entrance in the snow and then went out of his way to shovel the walkway down to the basement multiple times to ensure we were able to come and go safely. He was very communicative with quick reaponses and just very very kind. The lodgings were clean and well kept, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. And even though it is a basement apartment the sound insulation was superb and we really couldn't hear much noise...

"This was an amazing place to stay. The house had everything a guest could need plus amazing views and a ton of wildlife including mule deer that bed down and graze everyday. Its location made a great base camp for heading out on adventure. Will definitely book this place again. "

"Great location super close to red rocks and not far from meow wolf. It comfortably slept our group of 10. Definitely take advantage of the pickleball court and the basement! Also, kitchen and outside area is great for group meals. "

Plus, my better half and our pup could join me. The home was lovely, clean, and just as described. The communications were great and the response time when there was an issue was blazing fast. "House is as advertised. We enjoyed very much. Two things to help, 1. Clearer instructions on where to park. (We parked in the wrong spot but fixed it quickly. 2. There is an A and a B house at the address. Make sure you go into A as it’s awkward walking into someone else’s house. Overall great experience! Thank you"
