Cute Getaway!
Super cute house south of Edgerton, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Loved our quick trip to the area, and looking forward to the potential of coming back for a longer stay!

This is a beautiful and relaxing place to spend some time away. The house is very nice inside with great views of the sunrise and we loved the kitchen. The greenhouse outside was a great place to hang out in the cold weather, and the patio halfway down the hill to the river was an amazing spot to relax in the trees and listen to the birds. The host was very helpful and responsive, our whole experience was great.

Perfect Getaway
We arrived later in the night, and everything was lit up enough on the outside to find it easily. Waking up to the view of the river was great, and the property over all was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed our short stay here, and would definitely stay again given the chance!

Perfect place to recharge
This is such a great property! It is secluded but there are neighbors around; groceries and fast food places are close by. The home had so many places to gather, and it was so clean. We had a wonderful time!

Perfect place to stay
We were just in town for the weekend for my son’s college graduation. We wanted a place away from all the crazy crowds where we could relax. This place was perfect. The location next to the water was amazing. I enjoyed my coffee on the screened in porch in the mornings listening to the birds. The house had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. We loved our stay there

It was a cozy cabin on a peacful river, very relaxing. But close enough to madison were you can get into a bigger city very easily if you want! We loved it!

Great stay at this cottage overlooking the rock river. Multiple outdoor spaces to hang out in and nice views of the river. The living room is also spacious with beautiful windows. We rented kayaks from Jeff and he was very responsive and amenable. Would love to go back!

Exactly what we needed
Booked this property for a quick weekend getaway. We could have not asked for a better place. It was meticulously clean, had everything we could have needed and more, and was the perfect relaxing and private setting we were looking for. So many rooms to relax and enjoy great views from. Close to many attractions but still felt super private. Wish we could of stayed longer.

Best relaxing getaway!
This property and cottage was even better than we expected! Jeff was always available and answered all questions promptly. The greenhouse and sunroom, (that overlooks the river) seemed to have healing powers! The entire cottage offered so many opportunities to recharge that you don't feel a need to 'go somewhere ' or 'do something '. Thank you, Jeff for sharing your wonderful home away from home with us.

Lovely stay!
Lovely place! True to the listing details. Lots of lovely outdoor spaces and the inside was clean and comfortable. The house and location felt private and secluded with beautiful views of the river (both from inside the house and outside). Everything you need to reset and relax!

Wonderful place
This was exactly what I was looking for. It was a very nice, quiet place right on the river. The screened in porch was a great way to relax and play cards while still enjoying the fresh air. The kitchen and living room were very spacious and the coffee bar was a nice touch. I'm very happy I found this place.

Beautifully renovated cabin
Beautiful old cabin. Owners have done fantastic job renovating. Scenic river views and dock. A lot of areas to hang out and enjoy: sun room, fire pit and screened-in porch with view of rivers. Well equipped kitchen. Very clean. My sisters and I enjoyed our trip.

Cozy cottage did not disappoint!
We could not have been more impressed with the thoughtful little touches that made our stay more relaxing. From chip bag clips to bug spray to Walkie Talkies to laundry supplies! I honestly could go on and on. If we needed it, it was there! So grateful we found this on VRBO.

Lovely Cottage and Setting
The cottage was the perfect spot for our sisters’ retreat. Nice variety of sitting areas, indoor/outdoor, especially loved the screen porch. Well maintained, cozy, and nicely decorated. Comfortable beds. Large fridge, kitchen island, and dishwasher a plus. Adequate cooking tools. We’d planned to do some cooking and brought our own favorite/necessary tools, which was helpful. Lovely walking on the country road leading in from the highway.
