Beaches (public) were amazing, and even if waters became shallow on South beach during tide, swimming was brilliant. "My husband and I stayed at Fisherman's Cove resort for 1 day before ending our entire trip in Seychelles islands. The resort accommodated our early check-in and late check-out requests which was truly appreciative. The staff was friendly and attentive. "Berjaya’s prime location on Beau Vallon's main beach and its spacious facility are definite advantages, complemented by friendly staff. It’s one of the most strategic stays in Mahé island. However, cleanliness, particularly in the bathrooms and the shared "refreshing room," lacks proper sanitation between guests. The kitchen's poor ventilation causes unpleasant odours to permeate the guest rooms corridors. The hotel needs to improve the vents and insulation. "

"The rooms are really nice and were cleaned really well but we had a very bad mosquito problem in our room where they were coming in under a gap in the door and I had to spend a lot of my time in the room trying to kill them and asking housekeeping to clear up the dead ones afterwards... Despite their 'bite-free bliss' they advertise, the reception staff told us they only spray once a week and that there's no point spraying more frequently because 'it's rainy season'.
