Beautiful home with gorgeous views
Jake made it very easfy for us to have a lovely vacation. The house is beautiful, well-maintained and well stocked with all the basics. We greatly enjoyed ourselves ...our son and his wife and their two babies came one weekend and they really enjoyed it too. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was comfortable and clean. There were extra sleeping mats which made it possible to spread out a bit more which my kids appreciated. (They are not fond of bunk beds.) The kitchen was stocked with all the supplies we needed. We loved the beautiful views. Jake was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Perfect for family ski trip
The property was simply wonderful. Location couldn’t be better for Powder Mountain, SnowBasin and Nordic Valley. House was very clean, well stocked and super comfortable. My boys enjoyed the hot tub and games immensely, and the layout of the house was great for our family. Jake the owner was also very responsive. Will certainly return!

Beautiful new home and great location
We had a fun 4 nights staying in this very beautiful home just 10 minutes from Powder Mountain Ski Resort and 20 minutes from Snow Basin. Easy to find, but make sure you download all the information before going to the house because WiFi outside the house is weak, but ok inside( could be better) the house is really set up for a family because the main bedroom has the king size bed and the 2nd bedroom as the full bunk and a single bunk bed. The room is small , but at least we had an attached bathroom. We are small people so we made it work. Kitchen is up to date with everything you need to cook at home. The hot tub was amazing and very clean. We loved coming back and watching the sunset over the mountains. The garage has been converted into a game room, so your car is outside. All in all a nice place to stay and management was very responsive.

One our favorites VRBO's ever
Seemingly brand new everything with higher end fixtures/furnishing, comfy beds and couch, lots of pillows (which we love). Great hot tub, great sunset view. Kitchen had everything we needed. Be aware that if you're planning on using the "3rd bedroom" (aka the heated garage), the space is heated with a on wall heat pump. Owner communication couldn't have been better as we had a couple minor issues that were quickly resolved- even on a holiday. Kudos to Jake. super close proximity to Powder Mountain is key! Can't wait to go back

Great property and location. Our group stayed at this house for a family ski trip. The property is new, clean and well appointed. Communication with the property manager was very easy and they were very responsive. This house had everything we needed, had stunning views and was perfectly located to easily access Powder Mountain each day. Would not hesitate to book again if returning to the area.

Virtually brand-new home. Everything you need. Awesome hot tub with gorgeous view of the valley and Mountains beyond. Privacy. Kitchen super equipped, which is critical as restaurants in Eden are limited. Valley Market has everything you'll need, a mile or so away. Jake was extremely quick in responding to any questions and auto reminders were a plus. PowMow just a short drive away, same w Nordic Valley.

Lovely condo in a lovely setting
The property was beautiful and in a beautiful location. Great views from every room and comfortable bed with luxurious linens and the softest towels. We visited in summer and were out and about much of the time - I wish I’d spent more time just relaxing in the condo and hot tub!

A great place to hang out and chill.
The property was clean and on point with the description. Very quiet neighborhood that is very great to walk. Small grocery just a few miles down the road that had everything we needed. The weather was great so we spent as much time as possible outside. While there was no outdoor furniture initially, Jake was quick to provide some chairs within a few hours of asking. More permanent outdoor furniture and a sun shade or umbrella would definitely be a plus as the outdoor patios face the sun for most of the day. We didn’t use the spa but imagine this is another plus in cooler months.

It was just as nice and new as described. Beautiful property very close to the ski area. As a matter of fact, I could see the actual slopes through the back windows. Great communication by the owner who left no detail unexplained. Peaceful doesn’t begin to capture the feeling you have staying here. If it weren’t for the 14 inches of snow in a little over 24 hours (the owner couldn’t really control that one), it would have been perfect.

This property is in the center of a development surrounded by the mountains with endless views of nature in all it’s splendor. . A perfect spot with just a short drive up to Powder Mountain or to the local shops for ski equipment, groceries or fuel. Soaking in the jacuzzi was a great ending to a long & cold day on the mountain. The property managers were responsive and helpful.
