This beautifully renovated condo with 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a living room, illuminated by natural light and mountain views, features a large smart TV and cozy seating in an inviting open layout. with. a spacious kitchen, dining table and bar section, satellite TV, 4k smart TVs, laundry room, wifi, a gas fireplace, and comfortable furniture and beds.

This 2-level condo enters from the top floor. Upstairs features an open solution living room w/kitchen, access to a balcony, and a backyard patio. There is also a full bath. The lower level houses the spacious master bedroom and another full bath, two comfortable bedrooms, one with queen sized bed, the other with a queen bed/full bed bunk, and a spacious full bathroom and laundry room. Ski storage is available in the hallway.

The back door opens onto a patio that backs onto the golf course. Includes an outdoor BBQ grill. After your mountain or lake adventure, curl up on the sofa next to the fireplace with a good book.

Families will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances and utensils, an electric stove, a spacious island, a fridge w/ freezer, a microwave oven, and all the essentials.

Each bedroom is a refuge of relaxation, adorned with clean, high-quality linens, pillows, and towels. family-friendly with one room that has queen over queen bunk beds. There’s a TV in the master bedroom and the bunk room.
