There was a free pool table and flavored water, nearby restaurants, cafes and malls (including East Gate and Victorian Market) etc. Issues- - the toilet could and did flood because of the design of the shower - shower head was leaking - the mattress was a bit soft for my liking - our personal bottle of hair conditioner was removed from the toilet (returned after asking) - pillows promised were not provided until we asked...

"The room was decent, but not enough light. Both room and bathroom were dark. Front desk staff was nice. Breakfast was decent. There was a variety of hot food and cold cuts. The location is perfect. Lots of restaurants and shops "

"Fantastic hotel. Unusual layout with several Victorian houses along the river converted into the bedrooms. With the brewery and taproom at one end and the restaurant at the other."

"Enjoyable stay and would go back, had breakfast one morning but disappointed that it was cold, I was late in getting down (30 minutes before breakfast was finishing) but no excuses for it being cold. It’s an old fashioned hotel but it still has a charm about it and all the staff were very helpful during my stay. "
