1200 square feet. Living room, kitchen, bath bedroom, and extra bed in back of large open living and kitchen area. It is the bottom floor of our house, with it's own entrance, and back covered deck. Fireplace for winter time. Seventeen miles from Wind Creek State Park on Lake Martin. Three miles to lake to put in boats. Room to park vehicles with boat. Forty minutes to Montgomery, and 30 minutes to Wetumpka. 45 minutes to Auburn. Al.

Clean and Convenient!!
We had a wonderful stay at Darthy's place. Super clean! Plenty of room. My daughter just bought a house down the street. She graduated from Auburn last weekend, and we needed more room, so we rented out Darthy's place. Wonderful location! Eat at Red Hill Restaurant and shop at their art gallery. You will not be dissappointed. Make sure you make time to eat dinner at Kowaliga's. Order the pimento cheese, pickles, and connecuh sausage. Go to the Social if you are looking for lots of afternoon entertainment as they will probably have a really great band. Oh, and, do not forget to get desert at Red Hill! Most of these places plus the boat launch you can get to within five minutes of Darthy's place. Very convenient!

Everything you need
Place had everything that we needed, comfortable bed, great shower spray, fully stocked kitchen, nice size TV with access to streaming services, plus all the things you end up forgetting. Parking was right outside, as unit is at the back of house on first floor. You do need to keep bedroom door open at night, as the air conditioner is in the main room. Temperature was comfortable. Place was reasonably priced.

Just perfect!
Everything about this property was great. We really enjoyed meeting the owners, they were just wonderful people. The location was in short proximity to the lake, hiking trails, state parks, etc. It felt very homey and welcoming. The apartment is well equipped for just about anything. The beds were comfortable and my kids were especially excited that the couches turned into recliners! We would most definitely recommend this property and stay here again in the future. Thank you Hall's!

Thanksgiving 2020
Was just like the pics. Needed a space for a Thanksgiving meal for my family of 3 & the full kitchen was what was needed !!!! We enjoyed meeting the owners upstairs and were made to feel welcome from the time we arrived until we left. Would definately go back here for a visit.

It is a great place to stay while being in the area to fish lake martin. Convenient to boat ramps and nice private parking for boat.

Sweet Owner at remote location
We needed a place to stay overnight near Lake Martin. There aren’t many stores or restaurants near, but there’s a full kitchen so we went to Dollar General and made food. It’s about 20 minutes from Wind Creek State Park.
