Two large decks extend from the living area in this 2 story 5 bedroom 2.5 bath lake home steps from beautiful Lake Martin. Every detail of our home is exquisitely decorated. When you open the door, you will say 'wow'. Once you have stayed here, you will want to stay again.

This is a great lake home. Spacious 5 bedroom, 2.5 bath on beautiful deepwater lot. This home easily accommodates multi families with sleeping accommodations for 13. Main floor living area is an open flow between kitchen, dining room and living room with fireplace, 32 inch LCD TV, queen sleeper sofa, all glass windows looking out over the lake and a large deck. mater bedroom with king size bed. Master bath with large whirlpool tub and separate shower. large laundry room and half bath. upstairs bedroom 2 has a king size bed. bedroom 1 has full bed and twin bed. bedroom 4 has two twin beds. Bedroom 3 has a full size futon and a multi game table, TV, stereo. upstairs also has a Jack and Jill bathroom.


Located on beautiful Lake Martin a 41000 acre clear water lake which has over 700 miles of shoreline. perfect for fishing, swimming, boating or just relaxing. Bring your boat or rent one at nearby marina. Many places to see around the lake such as Children's Harbor, Chimney Rock, Sand Island, Goat Island, Martin Dam and many other islands to explore. There are great golf courses and shopping nearby.

AMAZING STAY!
We have nothing but good things to say about this property from the moment we made the reservation! To begin with, the owners are fantastic and a pleasure to work with! This property is close to shopping, chimney rock, fishing spots, etc. Three small boys and a 4-year-old stayed with us, and their favorite spot was the dock. They were avid fishermen who caught a big carp, many bass, and catfish. For them, it was an incredible experience! The dock was ideal, and we had our boat with us! Six adults, two teenagers, and four small boys were all comfortably accommodated thanks to the ideal sleeping arrangements. Without a doubt, we'll reserve this lovely house again!

Very nice house with great furnishings. Comfortable beds, as well as comfortable indoor and outdoor furniture. Quite and calm part of the lake, yet close boat ride to everything. There was plenty of room for our large family!

We had plenty of room, the beds were comfy and we loved the fireplace on the back deck. My only suprise was there was no railing going down to the pier. We had 5 children. 4 under the age of 4 so we did a lot of extra watching. It was not a deal breaker! Thanks again for sharing your lovely home.

We had the groomsmen and rehearsal dinner here. Beautiful house and kitchen to pull it all together. Plenty of seating for everyone. My adult children are talking about coming back on vacation. The house was immaculate.

Great location, excellent property, even better owners. From check-in to check-out everything was outstanding. House was perfect for our football weekend, close enough to Auburn but far enough away to "get away". If Penn State ever comes back to Auburn (and I hope we do) I would love to stay here again.

Great House
Being on the South West side of the lake it was close to Chimney Rock and all the islands around that. Most restaurants by boat were closed, which we learned if you want that go between Memorial and Labor Day. Overall this house was very clean and great for a family get away.

Great Place!
We had a wonderful time at this VRBO rental. It was perfect for our family which came in shifts. One night we had 10 stay and every one had a comfortable bed. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Also the owners were very helpful when I had a question. We will definitely want to come back!!!

It was a wonderful experience! The house is beautiful and of course Lake Martin is beautiful! Parking was a little bit of a challenge since there were so many of us coming from so many places but the neighbors were very understanding and friendly. Overall, our first annual Thanksgiving Reunion was a total success!

Beautiful home with very thoughtful owners!
We rented this location for a long weekend celebrating a friend's 50th birthday with a girls' getaway. I was especially excited to show my friends, who flew in from all over the country, the beauty of Lake Martin as I am originally from the area. This location did not disappoint! The house was beautiful and well stocked on basic ammenities + more. We loved the decks and the piers on a idyllic part of the lake. We all enjoyed just sitting out on the floating pier or on all of the chairs and cushions provided on the upper pier, feeding the ducks and even discovered freshwater jellyfish for the first time! We even made friends with the neighbors - fellow Auburn fans! The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, utensils and appliances. We were all very impressed with a lot of the thoughtful items provided like charcoal, lighter fluid, drink koozies, etc...We will definitely keep this on our list for the future!
