"Tolle Gegend für Ausflüge gibt viel zu sehen. Wir waren von Bamberg bis Fichtelsee unterwegs. Gute Unterkunft für Familien da 4 Schlafzimmer.Untere Bad müsste renoviert werden aber die Dusche ist völlig okay. Wäre schön wenn die Schränke in den Zimmern leer wären für die eigene Kleidung. "The hotel is beautiful! The staff are very welcoming and nice! Breakfast was included and it was very good. The Christmas market was 8-10 min walk and so was old town. The DM store was around the corner and so was the marketplace. Would stay here again, i did hear loud music nd people talking at 1 am but it wasnt too bad. "

"GREAT AMAZING HOTEL. A bit pricey but for the comfort and location for spa it's GREAT! Breakfast buffet is the best one I have ever been to. They have everything you would want for breakfast. It also has the BEST times until 1100 weekdays and noon weekends. AMAZING. I highly recommend. The spa was NOT the best. To get drinks you either go to the restaurant or a small bar in spa area. The bar was the smallest I have ever seen and way too SMALL for the amount of visitors and the size of spa. It...

"Overall, our stay was great. The manager was on site daily and was actually there when we checked in to assist. The beds are very comfortable, as are the pillows. The showers have good water pressure and get warm/ hot quickly. The challenges of this facility are that the wi-fi doesn't work and that our parking spot was stolen by other guests on two occasions and there was no way to remedy this situation. "

"Insgesamt hatten wir eine gute Woche in Presseck. Allerdings mit ein paar Abstrichen. Die Betten und Matratzen sind vielleicht etwas für Kinder, für Erwachsene überhaupt nicht geeignet. Durchgelegen, knarzend, quitschend und zu klein. Das ganze Haus knarzt bei der kleinsten Bewegung, bei den ganzen Durchgangszimmern sehr ungünstig für jeden Schlaf. Es gibt kein Öl, Salz, Pfeffer, auch keine Streuer dafür, keinen Mixer, keine Mikrowelle, keine Bürste, keinen Schwamm, keine Stühle, keine "Möbel"...

"Wonderful location, great room, and excellent, friendly staff. Restaurant Eckert attached also very good. Would stay here again anytime. Best place I've stayed in Germany in my 30 years of travel there. sad when I had to leave."

"Lovely quiet, rural area. Fabulous forestry, rocky outcrops, scenery so green. Great for walking, cycling, exploring this part of northern Bavaria. Even though rural roads, superb, easy from A to B. Staff lovely in the hotel. Spoke good English for restricted German speakers. Comfort Room spacious and clean. Little terrace with outside seating. Great views. "The stay was amazing the room was nice , the only thing I would say is that the stay over service should be given every day, and it did not have breakfast and coffee should be free in the lobby area, every hotel I have ever stayed at gives free coffee. You should consider giving free breakfast or have some available for customers if nothing else I’d pay for it. But of course free is better "

"The property was in a cute village. It has three levels and clean. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out and be comfortable. There is a small outdoor patio with table and chairs and charcoal grill. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine. Communication with owner was great and he answered all our questions.
