GUEST ACCESS
You have private access to the home and secure backyard, no one else can book other rooms during your stay. Access will only be provided to beds/bedrooms that are booked and paid for eg.
1-2 guests = 1 bed
3-4 guests = 2 beds
5-8 guests = 3-5 beds etc.
Base price is for two people (1 room). $50 per person per night after this rate. If additional rooms are needed they will be charged to cover laundry and cleaning fees.
** Long weekends and special events have 3 and 4 nights minimum. **
HOUSE RULES (agree to when booking)
- Strictly no parties
- Fill out and checkin form
- Limit noise from 8pm-8am and respect neighbours
- Leave it in the condition you arrived to avoid extra cleaning charges
- Additional guests not to visit apartment without approval from the host
- Pets allowed inside on vinyl areas only. $50 charge per pet paid cash upon arrival. To avoid extra charges remove/tidy all evidence of pets and don't let pets on carpet or furniture to avoid extra charges

GETTING AROUND
Off street car parking for 3 cars, boat or caravan and plenty of street parking.
There's many options for getting around, so a car isn't necessary:
- Bus stop at the end of the street
- Close to picturesque bushland walking track to town (20min).
- Bikes available for hire.
- Private hire car number available.
- Courtesy buses to all clubs in Moama NSW and the Echuca Workers Club. These run all day long and will pick you up and drop you off.

The apartment is located in a quiet, picturesque and secure part of town, I used to live there for 11 years and miss it immensely. The homes neighbours are very friendly and welcoming. There's a gorgeous walking track into town along the Campaspe River. You'll thoroughly enjoy this peaceful and quiet home away from home.
