"This place was a great location for wine tasting & close to Chelan for boutiquing. If you like softer tissue for your nose & heinie, then bring them along. Great view. Road noise during the day & into evening if you are a light sleeper in the front bedroom, anyway. Nice place overall. Very helpful owner."

"Spacious, clean, beautiful home. Well stocked kitchen. Right on the water with a lot of options for enjoying the outdoors. Spectacular view. Even met neighbors who were very warm and welcoming. We had 11 people, two middle aged adults and 9 youth ages 17 to 20. They had a blast. We used every possible hang out spot: the rec room on the ground floor, the deck, the shaded spot under the deck, and the lawn down near the water. We did a lot of cooking and used the hot tub which was clean and worked...

"We were able to discover many wineries and the wine theme of the house was perfect. The only improvement I would recommend is how to get network TV instructions."

"This house was perfect for my family. It was a little outdated but everything works. People complain about the furniture being old but I thought it was great (broke in and comfy) location perfect quiet not to close to anyone else but super convenient to store, shops and boat rentals. Basketball hoop outside and ping pong table awesome along with pool. A couple bad things was not a lot of pans and baking dishes and knives are not good at all. Family and I definitely planning to return next year"

"The Byrd’s Nest is beautiful! We loved the home. It was very modern and felt like new. We had a great time relaxing in the hot tub and the fire pit outside was fantastic. There are not views feom the home like the pictures show, but the location is wonderful and The Lookout is a great neighborhood. "

The only compliant would be that a little more utensils in the kitchen would be nice, as well as having the dishwasher working."

We loved having a private pool and hot tub all to ourselves. I would recommend this property to families and friends wanting close access to Lake Chelan activities. "

"Spent my 50th birthday weekend here, amazing views, great layout for 3 couples. In Oct no sun in the yard or decks so bring warmer clothes...but just walk out the dock to find sun. Very quiet neighborhood, we didnt see or hear anyone else around. perfect for group meals & boatd games, hot"
