This is the second time I have stayed here whilst visiting the Gallipoli battlefields. it is very convenient, relatively cheap and close to many restaurants, small markets and the ferry to Çanakkale. A good buffet breakfast is provided. Unfortunately not all the staff speak English however the owner Paul is frequently around to assist with any questions. There is limited on street parking to the rear of the hotel. Unfortunately the hotel does not have a lift and senses controlling lighting in the stairwell don't always work in the rooms at the front of the hotel are very small, compared with those at the side and rear of the hotel. All up though good value for money and very convenient. Also be aware that the crowded house tourist agency is not connected to the hotel any longer.

Insisted we pay by cash even though there were three card machines. Breakfast was not good. We asked for a double bed but were given two singles - probably as we are two guys.
The hotel was basic, but was a good base for a night before going to Gallipoli the next morning. The staff were nice.

Saw a 3-star rating - was it out of 20?
Needs a lift for tourists bags.
Our room was the size of a wardrobe.

The staff were excellent, the breakfast was good, the room was clean. The hotel itself is tired with small rooms but fine for what we needed for one night.

Clean simple room. Close-by street parking. Close walking distance to shops & restaurants. Good breakfast. Wifi weak in the room & even the cellular data is weak in this area. No lift, so beware if you have luggage.
Room was clean, little tiny. Staff friendly and helpful with many recomendations where to visit. Located close to ferry so if you decide to cross to Çanakkale its great option. If you are looking cheap and good place to stay definitely worth it.
The owner was very supportive, the hotel is located in a nice place, restaurants and Tours companies is located very close to the hotel, anythibg you need, you will get it easily

Basic Room
Basic hostel level place that is in need of some TLC - repairs, etc. Staff very helpful, breakfast very basic and not up to standards of breakfast I've enjoyed in other accommodations in Turkey. No elevator. Room very small.
Handy spot to tour the Gallipoli battlefields. Nice quiet location, close to local restaurants and other amenities plus the ferry across to Çanakkale. Breakfast included is handy as we walked the battlefields.
very noisy, very small room.Dangerous electrics in bathroom ,very dated/tired hotel. Needs updating. Receptionists need to go to a charm school. No interaction with guests. Breakfast poor, half of it looked as though it was left over from the previous morning.. 1 electric socket in room with a multiple socket plugged into it. Again dangerous. Would not stay here again. Appalling.
perfect close to ferry to explore çanakkale but much quieter. Close to restaurants. small but very comfortable and clean room. good selection of turkish breakfast buffett. Very good english speaking manager.
Very nice place and very close to the ferryboat. The manager was extremely kind and took us to marvelous fish restaurant. He helped us with order, because nobody of us spoke Turkish. We are charmed by the way we were welcomed.

Friendly service, good wifi. Older cheap hotel, clean linen, pretty noisy, but everything OK - at AUD $39 for a twin room, fair value..

Staff were great, but the breaky was small and the property had no lift and was a little dated. But for the price we paid it was more than enough. The manager was fun to chat with and location was awesome.
We stayed at the Crowded House because we were touring the Gallipoli battlefields.
The hotel is centrally located, clean with comfy beds and good showers. The breakfast was superb. It was buffet style and there was a large choice of delicious things to eat.
The staff there are friendly and helpful and the owner, Polat couldn't do enough to help us with anything we wanted. (He also always made sure there was a parking space for us !)
The hotel is centrally located right opposite the ferry to Channakale and there are lots of restaurants and little shops in the vicinity.
When staying in Eceabat I wouldn’t stay anywhere else (and I’ll return.)
Thank you, Crowded House for a wonderful stay.
