"Mario wasn’t available, left a friend in charge who spoke very little English. The listing said English was spoken. The smart TV wasn’t very smart. The wifi was so weak that Netflix couldn’t load on the smart tv. The wifi listing didn’t always show up on my phone. Made it very difficult to plan outings when you had to stand in the kitchen area to get a strong enough signal to search anything. There was no washer as per the listing said. "Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday. You were wonderful hosts and it was a joy to meet you and stay at your holiday home. We were blessed with good weather and made the most of the garden, hottub and sauna. But best of all was swimming in the lake at the bottom of the garden! A great deal of passion has gone into this home, the style, attention to detail and high end appliances make it a wonderful experience. Really importantly, our children were welcomed with open arms ❤️"
