Cosy holiday home with private pool

This detached, romantic alpine hut for a maximum of 4 people has a fantastic location in the mountains at approx. 1000 meters, on the southern foothills of the Saualm, right near the town of Eberstein in Carinthia.

This farmer's hunting lodge has a cozy living room with a stylish wood-burning stove and satellite TV. The 2 bedrooms offer plenty of space for 4 people and radiate a wonderful atmosphere. This house, located on the edge of the forest, has a wonderfully wide view of the surrounding mountain landscape. The house has a very spacious garden with a pool, garden furniture, sunbathing area and its own well and is located in a very beautiful and unspoilt place in Austria. The trout pond is only 50 meters from the house and you can grill the fish you caught yourself on the grill. You can reach this house via an easily accessible asphalt road, about 7 kilometers from Eberstein. The house and the surrounding area are a paradise for those seeking peace and quiet, nature lovers and hikers.

Eberstein in Central Carinthia offers a beautiful mountain landscape, valleys and mountain lakes. With the Kraigersee, Urbansee and Hörzendorfer See you have real insider tips for a day of pure bathing fun. In the village you will find sufficient shopping facilities for your daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants.

The Saualpe - Eberstein ski area is a dreamy little ski area with a view over half of Carinthia, ideal for learning to ski and for skiing in the sun. Other ski areas are the Koralpe, Klippitztörl and the Gerlitzen.

Hallo, es war ein schöner und sehr ruhiger Ort. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und Hilfsbereit, wohnen selbst nur paar Hundert Meter entfernt. Die Hütte war sauber und gepflegt. Sehr abgelegen vom nächsten Ort. Es war alles nötige für den täglichen Bedarf (z.B. kochen) da. Und wenn etwas fehlte musste man nur die Vermieter ansprechen. Sie haben sich dann sofort gekümmert. Auch mit dem Hund gab es keine Probleme. Der Pool ist groß und war auch sehr sauber. Wenn Ihr einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub machen wollt, dann seid Ihr dort gut aufgehoben.

Auch die Nachbarn , Kühe, Schafe schauten wir gerne zu. Ausflüge machten wir viele und sind gut erreichbar . Wir wären total begeistert und fühlten uns sehr wohl

Es war ein unvergesslich toller Urlaub! Unser Hund(Rhodesian Ridgeback) hatte Platz zum Rennen, ohne Einschränkungen! Abends war es sehr interessant die Hirsche zu beobachten- in eingezäunten Arealen. Zum Wörthersee war es nicht weit und auch nicht in die nächst größeren Städte. Es war sehr entspannend und die Aussichten atemberaubend. Wir kommen wieder!! Und ja- die Vermieter waren wirklich super nett, so wie es die vorherigen Bewertungen besagen, super Familie❤️ Das Haus ist sehr sauber gewesen und wir haben in den Betten sehr gut geschlafen.

Prachtige locatie. Het was echt veel mooier en sfeervol dan verwacht! De eigenaar geeft als toegift de slagroom op de taart door je dienstbaar te zijn ten aller tijden en een einladung voor een extra Oostenrijkse snaps en versnapering ! Super ook de privé forellenvijver waarbij je een hengel krijgt met voer. Dan ipv bergkoeien allemaal herten om je heen. Echt wij gaan weer. Top vakantie gehad!

Het uitzicht en de omgeving zijn nog mooier dan het op de foto's doet denken. Als je graag veel privacy hebt en geen andere huisjes in de buurt is dit zeker een aanrader. Ook binnen is het gezellig knus maar niet krap, met een klein keukentje en buiten een mooie bbq waar goed mee te doen is. Vanuit het huisje zelf kun je mooie wandelingen maken. Mensen zijn ook erg aardig en behulpzaam.
