We had a numerous family members checking in and front counter customer service was very friendly and helpful. "The stay was amazing the room was nice , the only thing I would say is that the stay over service should be given every day, and it did not have breakfast and coffee should be free in the lobby area, every hotel I have ever stayed at gives free coffee. You should consider giving free breakfast or have some available for customers if nothing else I’d pay for it. But of course free is better "

"The hotel is beautiful! The staff are very welcoming and nice! Breakfast was included and it was very good. The Christmas market was 8-10 min walk and so was old town. The DM store was around the corner and so was the marketplace. Would stay here again, i did hear loud music nd people talking at 1 am but it wasnt too bad. "
