Uniek vakwerkhuisje, leuke locatie middenin het centrum. Zou wat opknapwerkzaamheden en onderhoud kunnen gebruiken, vieze oude vloerbedekking,douchen onmogelijk staand door beperkte ruimte. Gehorig gebouw en tot laat in de nacht druk plein.

À notre arrivée, jour de fermeture de l’hôtel, nous avons trouvé nos clés de chambre préparées à la réception ! L’hôtel est typique, (maison à colombages), donc les chambres sont très petites. Par contre c’est propre et bien arrangé ! Mais en période de canicule , notre chambre sous le toit était vraiment très très chaude , malgré un petit ventilateur très bruyant ! La ´demi-baignoire ´ située sous un pent de toît rend la douche très compliquée (faut être un peu contorsionniste !!!) Petit déjeuner correct ! L’emplacement est idéal !sur une jolie place piétonne !

Quite nice building
Really nice hotel in the central of the village. The building and the rooms are extraordinary and the staff very helpful. The only issue we had was arriving at a Sunday evening meant that the restaurant was closed which was a bit unfortunate in itself and at first no one was there so we had some problems to access our rooms but a telephone call solved that part.

Wir haben als Paar zwei Nächte verbracht und sind auf dem "Neckarsteig" gewandert. Als Ausgangspunkt perfekt. Sehr netter Service, gutes Frühstückbuffet, Frühstück im gotischen Kreuzrrippengewölbe

Für hochgewachsene Menschen hängt manch Balken ein wenig niedrig - aber das ist in einem alten Fachwerkhaus halt so ;-) Wir fanden das Zimmer sehr gemütlich, die Dusche abenteuerlich, das Frühstück durchschnittlich in besonders nettem Ambiente, alle Leute sehr freundlich. Leider fehlte die Minibar aus der Zimmerbeschreibung. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.

Von außen ein historisches Gebäude......
wir hatte es Hotel gebucht weil es „nah“ an Neckargerach liegt. Das Zimmer (309) ist bis auf das Bad Ok gewesen. Das Bad ist allerdings so klein das man bei über 1m Körpergröße die Badewanne/Dusche nicht nutzen kann. Auch wurde hier anscheinend länger nicht geputzt (Mülleimer Bad). Der Preis von 98,-€, ohne Frühstück, ist total überzogen. Alles in allem: Nie wieder!

Niedliches Hotel in der Stadt.
Badezimmer ist nicht praktikabel. Dusche eine Zumutung. Waschtisch zu gross. Heizung ging nicht. Aussentemperatur 6 Grad. Ist man aber in den Akten Bundesländern gewöhnt. Frühstück ging so. Wird nicht nachgelegt. Schade.

Beautiful town, beautiful hotel
My only complaint was the bathroom, due to the old construction of the house the shower was almost impossible to use unless you are a small person. The food at the restaurant was excellent.

wonderful little hotel on the Neckar
I love this hotel, built before 1465 ad in a medieval walled town on the Neckar river not far from Heidelberg. Very clean rustic building, no traffic, no noise, good restaurant and very nice people. Good cable tv and excellent wifi.
