Helnæs is a beautiful, scenic area in South Fyn, surrounding the idyllic Helnæs Bay. There are many opportunities for fishing as well as hiking and biking, including the hills Bobakkerne and the meadow area Maden. In the old market town of Assens, you will find many museums made for young and old and there attracts, among other things, the miniature exhibition of Assens or the soda museum. Visit the culture house Tobaksgaarden, here are always changing exhibitions, for example on the Battle of Hastings 1066.
