Renovated studio of 21 m² facing West, located on the top floor of a residence with elevator in the heart of the Gourette station.
The carefully decorated living room has a television and a comfortable sofa bed for two people. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, Senséo coffee maker, toaster, kettle as well as a dining area.
In the entrance you will find the bathroom with shower, sink and WC.
Double heating system: collective in winter + electric.
Animal package: 40 euros.

Access to the central terrace of the Esplanade du Valentin will be prohibited (covered parking works). Access to residence entrances and businesses is possible thanks to a traffic lane.

Tourist tax: current rate/night/person aged 18 and over.
Possibility of end-of-rental cleaning from 80 euros.

Super semaine dans un studio très bien rénové et pratique avec tous les éléments de première nécessité à disposition. Le séjour a été très agréable. Petit bémol sur le canapé lit qui grince au moindre mouvement et les remontes d’odeurs des canalisations.
