With it's newly remodeled modern decor with a historical reminders. this house is full of character and amenities. We stayed here with our infant and it was set up perfectly for a small family. I was nervous that it would be loud with it being close to campus but it was in a nice quiet neighborhood. Loved our stay.

Great property in a central location
The house, despite its 1900 origin, is like new. Located only a block from UWEC, it was surprisingly quiet. Access to downtown or the mall is very easy. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of storage. Our only complaint was the heating. It worked, but was pretty noisy and had a hard time maintaining a consistent temperature. Still, we were very pleased with the rental and would recommend it for a family.

Wonderfful location in a beautiful neighborhood with historic homes, right next to campus, walkable to downtwon, watter street, river walks, fun restauratns, etc. New construction-very comfortable! Loved my stay. I will return.
