Great Waters Oasis proudly lives up to its name and is a luxurious 2-story lakefront getaway located among the lush landscape of Great Waters at Reynolds Lake Oconee, an exclusive gated golf community surrounded by Georgia's second-largest lake, Lake Oconee. Nestled on a corner lot, this immaculate 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home boasts designer finishes, thoughtful amenities, and charm that stretches from the gardenia-perfumed front walkway to the screened back porch and private deck. The shared boat dock is just a short walk away from the back porch and a boat ramp and storage for trailers is located 5 minutes away at the Great Waters Marina.

Guests will appreciate the open floor plan with hardwood flooring, vaulted ceiling, and well-designed spaces. The living area is anchored by a stacked stone fireplace and features ample seating with two sofas and double swivel chairs. A flatscreen TV sits at the ready. A Netflix date wouldn't be complete without snacks and drinks, and the nearby kitchen offers endless possibilities with a new stainless steel French door refrigerator, microwave, and smooth-top oven. Open shelving provides plenty of storage, and the farmhouse sink and dishwasher make light work of dishes.
The dining area is awash in natural light and provides panoramic views and bench seating for 8 at the trestle table. Four barstools accommodate kids or mealtime overflow. In mild weather, the feast is likely to head outdoors to the screened porch, where the jalapeño margaritas may bite, but the bugs won't. On the open-air deck, there's even more tableside seating and a propane grill that will do justice to surf and turf from Pounders Meat & Seafood Market, a local favorite.
The only bedroom on the main level is the generously sized master suite. With gorgeous views, private deck access, king bed, two sitting chairs, and a flatscreen TV, it's an oasis unto itself! The ensuite bathroom exudes spa-level appeal with a double sink vanity, soaking tub, and a sizeable walk-in shower with dual heads. There's also a walk-in closet large enough for wardrobe and luggage. Should laundry services be needed during your stay, a new full-sized stacked washer and dryer are located in the hallway the connects that master suite to the kitchen. In addition, there is a powder room, and the hallway is accented with wall-mounted boat cleats for rain jackets and beach towels.
On the second level, overlooking the living area, is a landing with a reading nook and a 4-seater game table that waits for chess players of all levels. Three spacious bedrooms are separated by two jack-and-jill bathrooms, with the middle bedroom having access to both! The guest rooms are as thoughtfully outfitted as the rest of the home, each with its own unique features. Two of the three guest rooms come with queen beds, and the third bedroom will have guests shouting, “Dibs!” with its queen bed, daybed enclave, and entertainment area with two armchairs and a flatscreen TV. The additional square footage of this room is ideal for a family or perhaps even grandkids who want a space to call their own.
Though Great Waters Oasis makes it hard to venture beyond its cozy interior, there are 19,000 acres of freshwater adventure waiting just a short walk away to the shared dock. From there, set out for a day under the sun via boat, jet ski, kayak, paddleboard, or canoe. For more local life, there are plenty of places to explore right outside the gates. Harmony Crossing is replete with boutiques and plenty of dine-in and take-out meal options. Travel north on Highway 44 to stock up at Publix, enjoy breakfast at Café 44, or try one of the blends from PJ's Coffee of New Orleans. We also recommend visiting the historic districts of downtown Eatonton and downtown Greensboro. Both have mom-and-pop cafes, restaurants, and retail stores that are locally owned and operated. Be sure to check out the local events, festivals, and farmer's markets, too!
