"The check in process was quick and easy, the staff was friendly and quick. The only downside if you are a light sleeper is this hotel is close to a major highway so the highway noise can get loud. We were on the first floor and at times we could hear it. I believe if we had requested a room in the back or on a higher floor the noise would not have been a problem. Also the first room we were in had a chemical smell and after the second night it just got worst, we request a new room and the staff was quick without question offer us a new room right down the way. I give them HIGH ratings just for this because most places I been in would have question more and this didn't happen. Our room was change without question. I would stay here again when we are visiting family"
