"The Charlevoix House was delightful and very closely located by the ferry boat dock and downtown. The only complaint I had was the very creaky floor of the very old house. The staff is very aware of it and planning to address it. Though one could say the creaking floor was a feature of the old house, and not a complaint. All the rooms were unique, and the kitchen and common areas were nice and spacious."

"Our check in was so easy, 11/8/24 and our request for exra towels and pillows was already in the room. Our shuttle driver (George)? for the nite was the best we ever had. He was so pleasant and even offered to take us to the gas station to get snacks and beverages if needed. We have been coming here for years for annual trip, and this is the first time that any driver has ever offered to do this. Its the little things that makes it a great experience. "
