"The cottage was exactly as described, the location was quiet yet convenient to everything downtown. The layout was perfect, although it is a smallish place the spaces were all very useful and flowed well. The bedroom was large and had a full closet, modern electric and new windows that did not have any drafts. All of the finishes were fresh and charming. The laundry room and kitchen were exceptionally nice for a one bedroom house. Keep in mind that Eastport is a small village, I often took my pup to cony park to do her business just to allow her to run alittle. We will definitely stay here again if we come to Eastport. (And I loved the staff of the WaCo dinner and Happy Crab!)"

"This was a beautiful place to stay, more like an apartment with full kitchen, dining space, lots of room. The owners were wonderful. On the off season, there aren't many restaurants open in the area, which we knew, so we brought supplies to make some simple meals and also found some delicious cod at the IGA in Lubec. We saw a lovely sunrise from the balcony about 6am, when the lobster boats were getting ready to go out, will stay here again!"

"Another amazing stay at one of the best rentals available in Eastport Maine. The owners are truly amazing even offering me an extra night to avoid the pending snowstorm on Christmas Eve. This really meant a lot and just goes hand and hand with the quality of this great rental. Everything about the house was perfect for our third holiday spent there. Couldn't ask for a better experience, location, and level of comfort."

"i needed a last minute place to stay for a work trip this past weekend. accidentally booked the wrong weekend and Jennifer was super responsive and helped me to change the dates as well as spoke to my concerned dad who was nervous to have his (25 year old) baby traveling alone, haha. The apartment is clean, exactly (if not better) as how it's listed, with a great location right infront of the water and downtown. Jennifer left a list of places that would be open during the fall and winter months so that was super helpful as an out-of-towner. Though I was here for work this time, I have no doubt that I will be reaching out to stay here again :) "

"We greatly enjoyed our four night stay on Carlow Island at this property. It was a quiet area, with plenty of beach, perfect for a family with children to explore. We had a wonderful time, collected a lot of sea glass, and biked down to Eastport and up along the down East sunrise trail into perry."

"We stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful time. Easy to walk to the center and do some shopping and eating. The view from the house was so beautiful! To be able to see the ocean from the house was amazing! The house was very well stocked with anything we could have needed. plenty of poop bags! Haha in the future It would be Great to have a small fenced in area for the dogs to go out (we were spoiled at our previous stay)!"
