Your dinner is sizzling on the grill or griddle of the plush outdoor kitchen. Your friends and family are quietly reading under the pergola while gently swinging in the cozy sky chairs. The outdoor fireplace emits a warming glow from the crackling fire. This and more are all possible from this custom built home which is only to be outdone by the unique and exquisite yard, ideal for entertaining your entire party. The main floor of this home encompasses a sitting space with 65'' TV, a dining table with 8 chairs, a spacious kitchen with island seating, and a half bathroom with direct access to the private enclosed outdoor shower. On the second floor you will find the laundry room and the primary bedroom with a king bed. Just outside the primary bedroom find a room with two sets of bunk beds (4 twin mattresses) and another bedroom with a queen. The second floor is rounded out by the cavernous bathroom complete with a clawfoot tub and a walk-in shower. This space is cooled by central AC.

There are two adjoining private accommodations spaces to expand your experience!

The first is a complete one-bedroom apartment. This adorable space has a lovely patio complete with lavish plantings and an awning with a covered gas grill for those in your group looking to escape the crowd. Within the apartment, enjoy the beautiful brand new wainscoting and traditional Cape Cod décor. The cozy and clean main floor offers a full bathroom with shower, the kitchen area, and the sitting and dining space with 30'' TV. Ascend the stairs to find the shiplap wood surrounding you in the sleeping quarters with queen bed (New mattress) complete with a dressing area. Sip coffee in solitude on the patio and enjoy the encompassing meticulously maintained gardens. This space is cooled by window/wall AC units.

The additional three-bedroom space creates another independent getaway for your group. Enter from the main front door or chose to use the private entrance off the back yard complete with another outdoor shower, deck, gas grill, and sitting area with firepit. The main floor of this space offers a lovely open area floor plan encompassing the kitchen, dining, and family room with 42'' TV. There is a full bathroom with tub and a bedroom with a queen bed on this floor. You will find a second set of washer and dryers in the basement of this space. The second floor holds two bedrooms (one with a king bed and the other with a queen and a twin), a full bathroom with a tub, and a loft space with TV and a twin trundle bed. This space is cooled by window AC units.
