"The views are spectacular , the staff at the reception are nice, not that much at the Zion spa . English is a problem , they all speak Slovak and polish. No air condition in the whole hotel. How come , a 5 star hotel without air condition in the summer where temp is 95. They asked us to open the window and they brought us a fan from 1990 . "I stayed at this hotel during my business trip for one night. At my arrival the check in was super quick by very professional staff. The room was very nice, clean and spacious, furniture very stylish and modern making you feel like in 5* hotel. Bathroom was nice and good to with basic supplies provided. "We got an apartment to be able to go to ski to many close by parks. It was very convenient and fully equipped. The 2 people at front desk we SUPER FRIENDLY and helpful. A superb customer service. Would certainly stay there again"

"The room has lots of character with old exposed wood ceiling and nicely decorated furniture. The bed was not as comfortable as we would have liked and the bed railing didn’t seem attached at all. The bathroom had a shower and tub which was nice. We enjoyed the balcony even though it was snowing. The phone number on hotels.com did not work for us and we had to search in google to contact the host. The host was accommodating and check in was easy once we were able to get a hold of them."
