"The property itself is beautiful and well kept. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and open space. The location is on a rougher side of Pueblo with a lot of transients and run down homes. However, the property is fenced in and I felt very safe . It was a great price in a spot really close to down town. I really loved it and would stay again . "

"Fantastic place for exactly what we needed! Plenty of coffee, hot shower, and some clear disposable cups for my own drink concoctions. Didn’t know it was a shared building, but it did not bother us much. Lots of footsteps from above, but overall definitely recommend as a place to sleep and chill."

"The apartment fit our needs perfectly!Moved my son to his dorm and rented this place and his father rented another unit for the weekend . Close to CSU campus . The host was wonderful and checked with us though out the stay to make sure we had everything we needed.This space was very homey and allowed us room to host dinner and space for all of us to sit and visit. We will definitely be coming back for football season. Thanks again! GO PACK!!"

"The property was very clean, modern and nicely decorated. It was in a less desirable neighborhood but we didn’t have problems, although we didn’t go walking etc. it was very secure. Everything needed was in the property. We would stay again but second floor access was difficult as I LaVell knee problems. "

"The apartment is nicely renovated. We were cozy and enjoyed tye conveniences of our stay. The property manager was ready to help in anyway and was easy to get in touch with and prompt to respond. It was close to appointments. We would definitely recommend this place and will consider staying here again. "
