Tranquil cottage with outside terrace and undercover parking

Seaside Mews cottage, newly refurbished throughout, sleeps up to three adults or a child over 12 years old across two bedrooms.

Set in a prime Eastbourne location in the upmarket Lower Meads area, just a very short stroll (less than five minutes) to the seafront and beach, plus close to theatres, cafes, shops and restaurants.

Full of natural light, super modern, comfortable and elegant, the cottage makes a wonderful base to enjoy all that is good about the area.

The ground floor has a spacious kitchen diner, well equipped for self catering breaks. You'll have an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer at hand - and coffee lovers will appreciate the Nespresso machine.

If the weather is kind, throw open the French doors and position the ratton furniture outside for an al fresco glass of wine - the sun hits late afternoon.

Upstairs, the lounge has a comfortable sofa in front of a smart TV, plus an additional easy chair.

The master bedroom has a superking bed (which can be separated into singles if preferred) and the second bedroom has a single bed.

After a busy day exploring, you can take a soak in the bath and there is a shower over if you're in a rush. There is also a downstairs WC for convenience.

WiFi is provided, plus linen and towels (bring your own beach towels) and there is a covered, off-road parking space.

Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in peak season, although flexible arrival days and short stays are possible last minute and out of season. Just talk to the Exclusively Eastbourne team for more details.

Eastbourne Spring break
Very comfortable well equipped property. Manager and owner communications and support good. Ideal location for exploring East Sussex, walking, Downs, Beachy Head, Seven Sisters, Cuckmere and seaside resorts Hastings, Bexhill, Seaford etc. 5 minutes walk from property to seafront. 10 minutes walk to several restaurants, Thai, Italian, and fish and chips. Peaceful quite location.
