Originally built for railway workers, this historic home has been thoughtfully updated, offering a blend of period character and modern comforts. Whether you’re seeking a summer escape by the beach, a vibrant autumn getaway, or a quiet winter retreat, Leaf Cottage provides the perfect base for discovering Eastbourne’s treasures in every season.
To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please follow these house rules:

Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to respect our neighbors.

Respect for Neighbors: This is a peaceful, residential area, so we ask that you be mindful of noise levels and respect our lovely neighbors.

No Parties or Events: Parties, gatherings, or events are not allowed in the cottage.

No Smoking: Leaf Cottage is a smoke-free property. Please refrain from smoking inside the house or in the courtyard.

Shoes Off Indoors: To help us maintain the cottage, we kindly ask that guests remove their shoes when entering the house.

No Pets Allowed: We love animals but cannot accommodate pets at this time. Thank you for your understanding.
