"We showed up and our room stunk - absolutely stunk of cigarette smoke. We went to the front desk and asked for a new room. The guy said they were sold out - as I was about to have a fit he then said wait - we do have something. I don't know if he opened up because I was about to get ugly or because he messed up. Either way the new room didn't have the queen bed - but it didn't stink. Room was not that nice but we didn't get bed bugs or anything like that. I won't go again though."
