"A beautiful house on Lake Huron. Well maintained and inviting. The beach area has a lot of room for long beach walks, and there are beach chairs, kayaks, and a great firepit.The house also has a lovely fireplace. The he pnly complaint I had was that the TV could not get live sports games. Otherwise, I would definitely reccomend this property. The 2 times I had to ask questions of the host the response was promt."

"Lou was a very kind, helpful and great prior to, during and after our stay. The home was cute, comfortable and nicely stocked with plates, towels and kitchen necessities. Though the linens on the pull out couch needed to be removed prior to use and the floors had some debris left behind, the courteousness of the staff, early check in, accommodation and kindness made it a for sure return spot for us. "We really enjoyed our stay at Emerald Pines. The property was clean and well-kept. The walk to the beach was about 2 minutes and while we didn't end up spending a day there, we were assured we could. We just love Oscoda Beach and Shoreline Park (for Tony's Tacos!) so we spent our beach time at those locations. It was a colder week than usual so we spend more time indoors and didn't have any complaints about the cottage. "
