Nestled in the dunes of East Sandwich beach sits this oceanfront property with stunning 360-degree views of Cape Cod Bay and Scorton Creek. Spend your days sunning and swimming before you return home to this comfortably appointed house.

You’ll find an open gourmet kitchen and living room on the 1st floor as well as a dining area that extends onto a screened-in patio. The bedroom on this floor sleeps four – a full bed with a twin bunk and trundle. Next to this room is a full bathroom with ‘rain & waterfall’ shower to wash away your stress.

The second floor has the master bedroom with a King bed, 6 ft windows, a walk-in closet, TV, and private balcony overlooking Cape Cod Bay. The second bedroom on this floor is appointed with a Queen bed and walk-in closet. The second full bathroom features a double sink vanity and another ‘rain & waterfall’ shower.

The third floor is one room with two twin beds that face a large window, providing sweeping views of the water. Note that the third floor is accessible from the 2nd floor guest bedroom.

Exit the back of the house via a wooden boardwalk to your own private beach. When you're ready to return, wash off the sand in your outdoor shower.

Linens, towels, and beach chairs are included.
Two pack n' plays with fitted sheets available for use.
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets.

Amazing location and house!
Lovely and well stocked house in a beautiful location. We enjoyed it in the freezing temperatures (expected as our stay was in February)- I can only imagine how amazing it would be in the summer!

Parent’s Anniversary Celebration
Wonderful time at the Salt Eire beach house in East Sandwich! The home was great for my parents (75 years old) and my children (6 and 9) loved being steps from the beach. East Sandwich is also a lovely town with great coffee shops, taverns, ice cream and mini golf! Shannon was a magnificent host! Thank you so much!

MLK 2024 Girl’s Weekend
Location, location, location is fabulous! An oasis! The home is comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The gas fireplace was wonderful. The host, Shannon, made sure every detail was covered; a booklet with comprehensive information about the area, activities, restaurants, shopping, and the house amenities. Much needed getaway
Perfect! Perfect is the best word to describe this home and it’s location. We enjoyed every moment of our time here. Watching sunsets, sitting on the deck, long walks on the beach, and just chilling in this comfortable home. The owner was very easy to communicate with, very clear with instructions, and very kind. We were sad to leave. Bonus, was a downstairs bedroom for my mom who has trouble getting upstairs.

5th Girls weekend
We had a great time at our annual girls weekend. The house is very nice . The weather was dreary but we made the best if it. The screen porch was great for extra space for 10 of us . The master bedroom mattress was so comfortable ! I'm a mattress snob and this is the first one at a rental that I found better than my own . Loved the decor . Parking was a bit tight but did fit 4 suvs . If I had to pick a downside there was way to many gnats to enjoy the 2nd foor deck( not sure if there is a way to exterminate for them) Great stay would love to stay again !

This was a return for some and a first time for others in our party. The children found it magical ! The adults found it restful and re-charging. Our family celebrated a birthday and commemorated the loss of a beloved father and husband - the beach house and the beach loomed large as separate characters that fit so well with these life events. Laughter, joy, music, tears, memories and prayers were shared in a heartfelt and meaningful way. Salt Eire: A splendidly decorated house, with interesting touches everywhere - a feast for the senses. Thoughtful interior (Master - bright dazzling light in morning, Sonos, coffee machine, mermaids, whales and odes to the beach and ocean to name a few!). Home felt like a home and also like a luxury vacation. Beach location: “Natural and horizon”. No other explanation necessary. Beautiful coastal home in East Sandwich to celebrate 40th birthday.
We have just returned from a magical stay at Salt Eire, East Sandwich. We spent a week here whilst celebrating my sister's upcoming 40th birthday. Although the photos portray how stunning this property is, they don't do the place justice! It is amazing! We love the East Sandwich area, and Salt Eire is literally on the beach with sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean. During our stay (late March 2024) we experienced all weathers, the property allowed us all to relax whatever Mother Nature threw our way. The home is beautifully furnished and decorated throughout, with a kitchen that has everything you'd need to cook at the home, rather than venture out. The bedrooms are all spacious with amazingly comfortable beds. The communal areas, including the living room, had loads of space and great views out to the ocean. We were travelling with young children (3 and 7) who had a great week in the Cape. Shannon was always super responsive both before, during and after our stay which gave our group added piece of mind. We had an amazing time and look forward to hopefully returning again soon! Thank you.

The best off season cape cod vacation!
Salt Eire provided the best weekend getaway when we visited the cape for the polar express. Winter is off season for the cape but the home was gorgeous, right on the beach, and decorated for the holidays. We loved bundling up and running on the beach with our kids. The home provided a comfortable and cozy stay for our two families - 4 adults and 3 kids - and we created core memories we’ll all remember.forever.

Lovely Stay
We had a lovely stay at Salt Eire. Despite the weather not being the best, we were able to make the most of it due to the location of the property to downtown Sandwich and neighboring towns. The House Rules were very helpful and detailed, and Shannon was very communicative and responsive. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
