Enjoy a grand Hamptons getaway at this spacious and well appointed beach house set on a private acre of land. Perfect for long days at the beach, short hops to town for dinner or shopping, grilling fresh catch on the deck overlooking the 40ft pool.

Upon approach down a long private drive, the house welcomes you with a covered front porch, flowering hydrangea and traditional Southampton architecture.

The 3200 square foot home features an open floor plan with glass doors from the chef's kitchen to outdoor dining (seating for 10) on the deck overlooking the pool. The entire first floor has multiple common spaces with ample comfortable seating and dining areas for family and friends to gather.

The expansive first floor offers two living rooms, one to your left and one to your right with wall mounted televisions and comfortable lounge seating, a dining room with glass doors, and a chefs kitchen (containing a six burner Gas Range) flowing out to a back deck/ patio pool area. Step out of the kitchen to a full length deck for family dinners al fresco overlooking the heated pool.

4 Bedrooms and 4 Full Bathrooms (toilet/shower/bath)

All bedrooms are found on the second floor, each bedroom has a vaulted ceiling.

The beach house is located in the Town of Southampton, Village of East Quogue. A few minutes to downtown Westhampton, Dune Road, and Southampton with access to many fun summer restaurants, shops, and farmers markets. A stay at this beach house enables you to access to the many world renowned Dune Road beaches for long summer days at the shore. Hampton Jitney stop within 2 miles.

Wonderful Stay in the Hamptons
Beautiful property on a cul de sac in the Hamptons. Large pool and quiet backyard providing opportunity to spend time with family. Lovely renovations with new common area furnishings. Lisa could not have been more responsive and accommodating. Looking forward to returning.

The Perfect Hamptons Stay!
My friends and family had an amazing stay at this house! Upon entry, it was cleaned to perfection super easy to check in and very clear and concise instructions from Lisa. She provided us with amazing recommendations for meals and activities to make our stay easy and enjoyable. The house is the perfect size for quality time and bonding but also provided everyone their own space. Will Definitely return!

Great house, great outdoor Space and great pool! The house had plenty of bathrooms, large bedrooms and a fantastic kitchen. Beach chairs, towels and umbrellas were a very nice touch. The backyard was well maintained and secluded with a beautiful pool. The deck was spacious and very nice with integrated speakers and nice patio furniture. Overall extremely great stay would love to come here again!!! Thank you Lisa!

Spacious Home w/large deck!
This home is amazing if you are a decent sized group. The deck is huge, the pool is perfect. There are not only 4 bdrms but basically 2 living rooms with their own tv and cozy couches. If you want to be around this neighborhood and are 6-8 people this is the place!

Awesome MDW stay at this home. The house was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. House fit 8 comfortably with enough living and dining for all to enjoy. Backyard, deck, and pool make this house! Lisa was a great communicator! Highly recommend!
