The care from the customer service team was exceptional, Raj in particular, meeting all needs and providing excellent communication. Requested to check in as soon as possible and Raj went above and beyond to let me know my room was ready to go, even offering to open to carpark gate to me upon arrival. "Arrived very late, after reception had closed. Received late check in instructions which provided me no issues. Older property with ok amenities, older air conditioning. No ventilation in the bedroom, on the hot night that I stayed it would have helped to have a fan of aircon in the bedroom."

If anything could be improved, they could install better shower doors as the water from the rain shower kept splashing out. "
