The property is connected to the ski slopes so would be perfect for a ski weekend. The breakfast is very limited. The service was good. The TV is not smart, so would recommend that you bring a HDMI cable if you want to stream something. The WiFi is decent. "

"Quiet, only nature sounds when on trails and near house. Pretty private, beautiful scenery, hiking & fishing. Stargazing is incredible here, LOOK UP! My girlfriend and I stayed at David’s cottage to unplug and unwind for our anniversary. While we found ourselves using the tv as Penn state disappointed us against OSU, that was the only disappointment during the wonderful weekend we had. The immediate back yard had a great view of the hillside. The house was well stocked for our long weekend, David is pretty thoughtful as a host! Great kitchen and nice grill set up with lots of prep space. Our only heads up for booking: ticks! Bring a pet safe tick kill spray and a fine comb (cheap, effective) or Walmart had many in Olean (15 min away). 100/10 will check to come back during ski season "
