"This home was well maintained and spotless - the pool was lovely and the kitchen well stocked. Beds are comfortable and there is a lot of space! Short walk to both beach and Kalamata city center on a quiet street with plenty of parking - a car is a must in Kalamata to really explore! While there is air conditioning, it is limited to 24c (75 degrees) and gets quite warm at night. It is a 10 minute walk down to Central stupa with its restaurants and bars, but you hear nothing in Villa The pool is lovely with a shallow area and a deeper section 1.6m. "Six of us stayed in this house.The eleven year old enjoyed the visiting felines who politely waited to be fed. The three upstairs bedrooms were spacious and the fourth downstairs adequate. Spectacular view although somewhat nerve racking for some of us to get to our destination. "We spent just under 3 weeks in the Peloponnese and this mansion was our home base. It was so excellent we didn't want to leave.
