"We found the lake house as expected. This was a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the lake from both the deck and living room is wonderful. If you want a place to get away and have some quiet time this is it. Either plan to do your own cooking or have a bit of a drive each evening for dinner. "This cottage had everything we needed. We loved so much about it…the quiet location, the fire pit, the boat dock, the large deck with seating outside, the gas grill and the use of the kayaks, the large windows facing the lake to view the beautiful sunrises and the view of the lake! The sunrises shining directly into the large windows in the back bedroom did affect the temperature back there. We brought extra fans and it helped. "Property manager accused us of damaging her dock and shoreline 6 days after we left. She left a nasty voicemail, said our boat was too big for the lake, but she also said she never actually saw our boat. She had a sailboat on the other side of her dock that was bigger than the 18ft bass boat that we brought. She also said in the message that she didn't have a chance to go down to the water before the next people stayed. We have pics of our boat and how it was safely secured to her dock. We are...

"Kozy In was quaint, clean, and comfortable. The email instructions for getting in were easy to follow. Irina had it stocked with towels, shampoo, body wash, tissues, coffee mate, lotion, coffee, etc. I took the kayak out twice. The only suggestion for improvement would be to get rid of the sulfur smell in the water. We bought bottled water to drink and make coffee. We had a great stay."
