"The correspondence we received states clearly under special instructions that the front desk is open 9-5 everyday, accept there isn’t one. So on arrival we tried the free number on the front sign this wasn’t connected. I checked my emails and still no instructions. After searching the internet I found a number and luckily received a text with access code to the property. No towels or soap but after again texting ?owner/manager this was sorted along with download information for the property...

"Good layover location. Communication was excellent as we were commuting between Sydney and Brisbane and arrived late. Lake water was warm, it was a shame the kids couldnt experience the water park as they were up early but park doesnt open until 10am. Very little food options in area, definitely recommend bringing food for breakfast."

"House was great, the view was great but the driveway was dangerous to get out of as our 4wd kept slipping, no way you could get out if it was wet. The room was also hot, could do with fans. No parking for more than 2 cars. wet. It needed fans as the rooms were hot"
