Great weekend family getaway
Overall beautiful location great for a small family the kids will really enjoy it. The fireplace was easy to manage and firewood supply ample. Plenty of space outside for kids to play.

Great house and a great location
This is a beautiful, neat house in a quiet neighbourhood that made a great base for our family. My boys enjoyed the walk down to the lake for a play. Would recommend to other families looking for an affordable place to stay in Jindabyne.

We enjoyed our stay. Cozy, clean, lovely location with views of the lake. Owners provided great tips for operating the heating (Which was great) and shared local knowledge (ski hire, places to dine).

Comfy cottage in great location
The cottage is basic but has all you need for a comfortable stay. It could be a bit crowded with 6 people, but perfect for 2 or 4. We are staying for 9 nights are are enjoying it very much...feel at home.

We have stayed several times and keep coming back due to the house being so well priced, having everything we need, being suitable for kids, and proximity to rainbow beach. On this occasion, Wayne's flexibility and generosity when circumstances changed with childhood illness and bushfires was much appreciated.

The views and setting were so beautiful. We had the best time and the house had everything we needed. Settled in each night with the cosy fireplace. If we can work the holidays we’ll be back. Just loved it!

Quiet and relaxing property
This was our second stay at this property and we will book again for next year. Clean, comfortable & everything you need for a family ski trip. Ever changing view of the lake never gets old and the fireplace (with wood provided) is great at the end of a day skiing. Owner is fantastic to deal with.

The cottage is very cozy and warm and has all the amenities you need, especially for a family. Its the small things that make it so warm and inviting, we loved the games! Much better than being in a hotel room, we would definetly stay again and recommend to friends and family. Has a beautiful view of the lake and is so quiet and peaceful.

Having spent 10 days here we were reluctant to leave. The weather wasn’t great but the days spent around the cottage were lovely. The view is great, and would recommend it to a party of 2-4.

Wildenmann Cottage
Trading sun and sand for the scenic views of Jindabyne Lake and the snow capped mountains, plenty of beautiful native birds in the garden. The fire place was a real hit for the kids after spending our days up at the snow fields.
